Yufei gave a talk in KI Focus Thursday, which focused on the cross-presented glioblastoma antigens on macrophages and dendritic cells for immunotherapy targets. Congratulations!

Check out our recent paper, which received the cover of Molecular Cell, that used structural and systems biology methods to characterize phosphorylation patterns on metabolic enzymes and identified sex-specific metabolic reprogramming in obesity (Tamir et al., Mol Cell, 2025). The paper was also featured on MIT News! Also, check out the Tamir Lab @ UNC that focuses on metabolism regulation; they are recruiting at all levels.

The lab’s immunopeptidomics team published a paper in Nature Protocols describing the “SureQuant MHC” method! The technique allows us to provide absolute quantification of presented MHC peptides on cell surfaces down to single-digit copies per cell.
